Hah, Pat Sajak's promo contains tons of inside jokes for longtime Nashville TV market residents.
-
Actually, the Wheel of Fortune he quit was the original daytime version, which moved to CBS with former San Diego Charger kicker Rolf Benirschke, then by the time it moved back to NBC, they went with longtime ET host Bob Goen until the daytime version was cancelled in 1991.

I mean Pat.
-
Paul's show must of taken place when his Wheel of Fortune went off the air for about 18 odd something years.
-
RIP Chris Clausen, voice of WTVF from the late 80's to late 90's.
-
Bud is now on NewsRadio 540 WFLA in Orlando. Nice guy, but a bit regulatory for my tastes.

But still got that same exact logotype from that year in the current opens!!!

Wow, this has been a LONG time ago, now presently NC5 has gone a LONG way..
from 1989's regular TV
to 2008's glassy-look HD!
Long way.... :)

Wow, it's the Shelley Palmer package. And Pat Sajak's talk show didn't last very long!
Is that Bud Heddinger or Conway Twitty?

always thought Bud Heddinger had amazing hair.
Chris Clark could never get down a consistent pronunciation of Bud's last name.
