I have 4 GB DDR3 KINGMAX 1333MHz Ram, 1GB Nvidia Video Card, and AMD Phenom II X4 3.4GHz Processor, and I have only 30-40 FPS. HEH !

Dude, get an Intel i7 processor and your lag is gone.

@flight1291 you have gotten way over the recomended requirements. the only problem with your system is is that you need windows xp or vista. you have windows 7 but it should be okay

My PC is a "lagger" like yours, but your PC is more slowly to load the game!
Mine loads in approximately 40 seconds.
