Pernilla was originally going to sing this song at Melodifestivalen 2005, however, the writer of the song wanted a younger singer to perform it, so Linda Bengtzing was selected instead.
Lina Hedlund, of Alcazar fame, also shown interest in singing this song.

Lina Hedlund didn't join Alcazar until 2007 so that wouldn't make sense for her to decline because of them entering with Alcastar.
