I identify with this song so much. I was always the ugly duckling. I had bad teeth, bad acne scarred skin, was awkward and overweight, a bad perm, thick glasses, was a social reject, had horrible fashion sense, and was an all around bookish nerd. I never was one of the cool kids. As an adult, I guess growing into yourself and your experiences makes you a whole person. So I also can identify with telling others "Someday, you will ache like I did." I believe in karma <3

sadly Kurt didn't have a stomach condition as read in his journals that he had a stomach problem he actually had somata a bad case of anxiety that feels and targets anywhere in the body and feels like physical pain, this is what lead to him killing himself after abusing heroin for so many years. i know because i fucking experience this feeling all of the time and its fucking horrifying
