Remember kids, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and it's just below the shoulder. If you catch my drift. ;) But this is a great video.

Christ is Beauty made flesh. All of man's desire for Beauty manifested in art and percieved in God's creation has converged in Christ. He is not a banal beauty, but Beauty itself. The fact that we percieve the beautiful points to the existence of Beauty itself. God is this Beauty of which we seek. He is objective Beauty.

Thoughtfully organized and nicely done, including the first-person instrumental...and my headaches gone!

I agree. This video still has less than 300 views after 5 months, but it's definately one of the best on this channel.

O my! I look at some "contemporary" places of worship and I think these folk must be blind. Not that the plain can't be beautiful, but just because it's plain that doesn't make it beautiful. A rented hall or storefront can be made into a work of art. But there is no credit to making a space as plain as a Walmart. Grrrr

Obedient subjects of today's dictatorship of relativism - that is, most people today - are bound to embrace this vacuous cliche.

Another great video; thanks

What a brilliant and fitting video in our current age of existentialism and subjectivism, which are both poisons.
Outstanding! You are in my mind.
On my channel page, look at the DS Martin believes section. The final two are
"He believes:
Beauty is in the creation to behold. Not in the eye of the beholder.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Finally, he also believes:
Harmony and discordance are empirical, they are not opinion."
That doesn't surprise me at all.
I'll look forward to browsing your web pages tomorrow.
