  • OUTSTANDING collection you got there, sir! You really seem to know your domestic cinema.

This video was really, really interesting. I do have some Ozpolitation movies in my collection too and I will try to see the documentary now.

  • @LiveFastDiarrhea Hey, thanks, mate. Yeah, there's some great stuff to check out. Not Quite Hollywood is a great place to start - it gives you a feel for plenty of these films.

    Cheers, mate!

  • not quite hollywood was on ABC or SBS the other night. Great Doco, definitely gonna start checking out some ozploitation films on the back of it.

  • @reloadsuxass Yeah, it was on last week I think. You can pick up a lot of these titles pretty cheap these days.

  • Nice video so far!

I'm dying to see Not Quite Hollywood!

I wonder if Stork has a separate DVD release? Cause that looks and sounds interesting!

Good old Barry Humphries! He's an Aussie Icon! So those have gotta be good dvd's!

Where would I be able to pick up Stone? Cause it sounds cool!

  • Awesome collection m8

Seen the Not Quite Hollywood doc a few months ago and it was excellent !

  • Youve opened my mind to some films that I wouldnt usually consider. Some excellent releases in this lot.

Umbrella continue to impress with their releases. Always nice to get original signatures (re: Stone).

    Great part 1, mate!

  • I've been after that Hexagon box set for years but have had no luck. Village Roadshow are useless when it comes to re-releasing material. Shame they didn't put Plugg and Love Epidemic in that lot :)

The original Stork daybills had M ratings on them. End Play used to be M. Interesting.

Man where would we be without Umbrella! It was nice that they put the X versions of Fantasm on the discs. Wish they did that with Aust After Dark - there was a 90 min X version classified in 1984.

    Great vid!!

  • @BookhouseBoy77 no...wombat lives on the ground - koala in a tree

  • @BookhouseBoy77 haha...short answer - no. They are protected, so you need a permit to keep one. Problem is, they burrow under everything and cause a shitload of probs around the house.

    Cheers. :-)
