yes, i play bass since im 10, im 16 and i always use pick.

I think he wants to play the song as good as possible and obviously without a pick he is not fast enough just using his fingers ...

Heyhey, will check ur vid ^^.
I've been playing guitar in total for about 6-7 years now.. Bass will be like ½ of that, so you do the math :P.
