But what about the 1.5 million Iraqis that died from sanctions of Resolution 661, Resolution 662, & Resolution 666 which were implemented on August 6 and August 9. Res. 666 was a recall of 661. That was the anniversary dates of the two Atomic Bombs the Manhattan Project. Do we shut our eyes and pretend it never happened?

These resolutions were done by UN from Manhattan on the Manhattan Project Anniversary for allegations of WMD which proved false w/ the 2003 invasion and the deaths of another million Iraqis. Since the allegations of WMD proved to be a lie and 1.5 million Iraqis died from the sanctions of UN, does anyone consider that the genocide over a lie which killed 1.5 million Iraqis deserves an apology?

billyguns2 If Obama continues Bush's policies, there will be a backlash from liberals, and conservatives will finally join them. Bush policies must NOT continue under anyone or any circumstances.

Ive been writting my local newspaper about this...not about Obama vs bush...but left vs. right...mostly pointing out the waste of time and energy it takes when we get into this phony paradigm. We The People is what we are...not liberals, not democrats, not conservatives, not republicans...at our very nature we are human beings a product of nature and we better start working together instead of arguing about the best way to do it. Left Vs. Right HAS GOT TO STOP!

You are so right Poonard. I'm a registered Republican that believes in small government, and individual responsibility; however, I am not blinded by that. So long as our consitution, and bill of rights remains intact we can argue all day about the issues. What has happened in our country is a profound disregard for the constitution on the rights of the people. This attitude is prevelant on both sides of the isle. I voted Democrat 2 years ago so they would impeach bush and they did nothing.

Right on the money Poonard. The division of right and left is by design for exactly that reason , To Divide Us. While we bicker amongst ourselves ,injustice happens right under our noses.

I was raised a Republican. My father taught me that it was supposed to be the party that believed in small government, sound budgets, and strong defense. I'm glad he didn't live to see what Bush has done. This president has increased the size of government, rigged elections, spent billions of dollars on a wild goose chase in Iraq, and severely disrespected our military by needlessly sending them ill-equipped into harms way. I hope they impeach that fascist.

wheeler6359 Your father grew up with President Ike. My father has never voted for a Republican in his life and even he liked Ike, and admired him too.
