they like to do that, they believe that its sommin to do with actor copyright or sommin, so they tweak the voices.

hm~ its a bit mysterious... in germany we still have the english voices with exactly those voice actors like in this video here in the game but... they talk a bit different from here~ is THIS here another voice acted version ?
