Poetic line worthy of applause no matter who can hear it. That is god damned brilliant. This song has to be about far more than a dead robin. Wouldn't bother me if it wasn't.

Yeah. It's the best thing I've heard all year. I'm sad I didn't know about it when it first came out, but I was still listening to pop radio in 2006. I wasn't ready yet.

She is brilliant and has an incredible voice. I saw them perform with The Decemberists. She did a jump and ended up really wounding herself, but she carried right on with the show. You have to respect the hell out of that!
