Notice, If you look at this from far away, or just look real fast, it doesn't seem so bad, just a still picture of WeeGee, however, when you let the video play and then stare into his eyes, that's when you start seeing scary shit, like it will seem like his eyes are glowing or getting bigger, same goes for the eyebrows, looks like they begin to raise after awhile. my point is, this video is very scary indeed.
