Wonderful symphony, although I think Mozart gets a little too much credit for being so young when he wrote it. It really is a simple (but very beautiful) symphony.

This has been on Youtube for almost two years!?
I've been achingly curious to hear Mozart's 1st for some time (I wonder why none of my other searches brought anything up?) and this is even more impressive than I thought it would be.
That this is the work of an eight-year-old is nothing short staggering.

Hyper-egalitarian pinheads like Malcolm Gladwell should take note: innate genius exists. Stop bitching and get over it.

Would it not be just, amazing, if we were able to travel through time? What would you do if you had only one time to travel? It would be a difficult choice, yes, but if I were to travel time, once only, I would just love to go to one of Mozart's concerts, listen to it, & meet him, personally.

Salieri was not a genious but a mediocrity. You' ve missed the whole point of the film/ By the way it's called Amadeus.

Salieri was not a mediocrity music-wise, but just in general... at least that's how HE put it.

Whatever Salieri is, it's at least SECOND to genius. Salieri was absolutely amazing. It's just that Mozart was better than him, that's all.

I would hardly call Amadeus a completely accurate historical record :) (Although it certainly is a great film)
