  • If you get diareah <--(not sure of spelling) you can use coal-powder and mix it with water and drink it, it will kill/absorb ALL bacteria and free you from whatever you have. Although it tastes like crap and you will most likely puke it up if you have a weak stomace.

  • @solitajre222 There are even Coal-Pills you can buy at the Pharmacystore...at least here in germany

  • Does the PBF Filter ocntain asbestos ? PLEASE HELP MEH

  • @Spartan117A1 very good question...I dont know!

  • @McLOVINMike.Shure it looks wierd...its a gas mask filter. There arent flowers inside:o) The paper at the bottom isnt really scratchy.

Its more like the white paper from this cheap "dustmasks" that you get in Hardwarestores

  • Actually asbestos was used in the soviet union for a much longer time. As far as i remember, about 15-20% of the cotton in the filter is asbestos. It should not be released into the air you breathe. Unfortunately in some older filters the fibers will start to loosen. To make it short, It is not lethal to use it but it will not give much of a protection and if "overconsumed" lead to asbestosis.

  • I have a question in my gp5 filter was a little letter witch sad in Russian

it is for smoke and teargas and partiqels not against chemical stuff

the filter is green any one now if this is true?

  • @Spartan117A1 no, all gas mask filters built after 1960 i belive might be 1970 do not have asbestos in them, you are perfectly safe to breathe through PBF filters aswell as GP5 filters... if you are unsure about the gp5 filter check it for a date which should be the last two numbers of the year. for example: my one was built in 1985, on the side of the filter it says '382-2-85' which i believe is the date

  • @SquadTag no

  • PLEASE REPLY!! so is this toxic???????

  • @solitajre222 Thats BS. Most diarreah are caused by virus and not bacteria, and they are intracellular organisms, so they are not absorved by coal. Only clay works for diarreah, like kao.pectate and smecta.

  • can you PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE do the same thing with the british civillian duty filter?

  • so this gas mask is safe

  • @solitajre222 Diahorrea I think it is, but that is interesting but ...um..disgusting xD
