After sitting down with T-Square's 1986 album SPORTS, I came across a lonely track entitled "Leave Me Alone," and within seconds I became hooked. Along with great saxophone work from Takeshi Itoh, excellent drumming from Hiroyuki Noritake and a smooth keyboard solo from Hirotaka Izumi (who is also the song's composer), the men of T-Square have provided yet another musical entry that helps to illustrate the lonesome urban persona of Ryo Saeba and his world in City Hunter.

My aim for this AMV was to exemplify the ironic sadness of Saeba's path and how it drives him to be both a contemplative loner and a true friend who just can't let go. However, it's all up to your personal interpretation to decide if I was successful at conveying this or not. There's not much action in this video, so don't expect much gunslinging from our main man folks. With flashbacks, cityscapes, tears, and a brief intermission with Umibozu himself, I hope this AMV will speak to all of you City Hunter fans about the underlying loneliness of Japan's #1 Pro. Hopefully by the time you watch the end, you might feel like there's still light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for all of your support and please watch, comment, rate, post, share and most of all enjoy! ^__^

(FYI: It took me 3 months to unsuccessfully upload the AVI, not realizing that my AVI codec wasn't cool with YouTube, so what you're watching is a HQ WMV instead)
