Tulsa, OK (Oct. 5, 2011) — Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, founder and president of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), and perhaps the most recognizable rabbinical voice to American Christians, asked 3,000 students at Oral Roberts University this morning to stand anew with the State of Israel as the next generation of Christian leaders, and to join him in praying for the peace of Jerusalem.
Speaking at the university's weekly chapel service, Rabbi Eckstein urged the students to learn more about the Jewish roots of Christianity, and said that it was their emerging generation that would truly bring together the people of Christian and Jewish faiths.
