@1stSaintsFan Yeah I was there too. From about 1:30P till the storm hit. Leaning against the camera pit on about the 20 yard line. Glad I did it when I did. Couldn't take that kind of heat anymore. I think Joe kind of stole the show. Seemed like a regular guy. Connected with the audience more than any other performer. Maybe Larry Carlton too.

I was there at the ungodly inferno...I lived in Dallas at the time...we know how to dress and what party favors in your mind we not do a mind melt on you...Heat exaustion victims were being carried out like we were shooting an episode of MASH....Just a brutal fucking day...No day concerts in Dallas should be allowed even if it is for charity..
