@dileepnaik If this song is from 1957, then it was recorded by someone else. Chubby Checker's version first hit the Billboard Hot 100 Labor Day week of 1962.

This song was released in 1957. I remember picking up a 45 rpm EP then. For many years after that I used to do the limbo dance, and mine used to be a show even on social dances. My record limbo was 20-22 inches then great everlasting song of the golden days. Long live Chubby Checker.

That is a great sweet man. What a nice personality. He sounds good and looks good and is from my home town. He just did a free concert downtown about a week ago in Philly. Women for days.
