  • yeah, why's the video cut off...it was the same for the other abs video.

  • when u raise ur legs up,, make sure it reaches ur chest.. ur knee to ur chest..

  • and its called leg RAISE not rise

  • my friend if you don't raise your knees high enough like at the shoulders your targeting more the sartorious muscle in the quads, that exercises targets the abdominals specially the lower ones by flexion, if your core doesn't bend your doing the exercise wrong
