  • @TheEternalDarkness93 yes indeed those are seperated ports inside your router and inside the Region.ini file, it doesnt really mather what kind of port nmrs you are going to use, between 9001 and 999 is just fine

  • do they have to be seperate ports or is that your preference?

  • There is a drawback to megaregions as there's no free lunch, if you use mySQL and not th ebuilt-in sqLITE the border crossings are barely a blip anyway, LITE is horrible about border crossings.

The drawback in megas is the child agents, Dan Banner explained it to me- if you have 4 regions in one, each agent landing is the same hit on the server as 4 avatars landing due to the child agents.

These are great tutorials Kayo, good job.

Make the switch to mySQL youll love it- SO much better.

  • smiles :) the text at the end is very helpful - that was very clear to follow that part. Its a good video if you watch it in full screen mode. Hard to see if you watch on the page. I recommend people expand to full screen size to watch it. Thanks for all the hard work involved in making it.

  • @tantradallastexas i know voice would be much better, but the problem is it would be a big mess cuz to speak english is pretty difficult for me loll. i will create a brand new one asap with a much better explanation and a extra link where they all being able to download a rar file with snapshots in it

  • I am glad I read the comments - I was thinking something went wrong with my sound. Yes definitely if you could do this with voice explaining what you are doing it would be so much better. As it is I couldn't really make out what you were doing.

  • Not really... although a bit outside the norm - it showed what files to change, how to change them, and at the end, detailed instructions of which files to change, what to copy/paste, what line to change the boolean on, etc. Worked for me as instructed and I didn't have to wade through a bunch of other tutorials. Thanks for the info even if it was 'unconventional'.

  • Moving a cursor around on a blurry screen does not make a tutorial. You either need to voice to the viewer what you are doing and why or place subtitles on the video telling us what is going on.
