    fair point, however not all organisations have the ability to engage with their consumers in open social networks, for example, a recruitment consultancy/agency. Often interaction is private between the candidate and consultant to safeguard the candidate from competitors..

  • The internet should have a trashbin area for those sites who don't care about proper site building.

  • Hopefully this will make social marketing and site building a lot easier.

  • User engagement needs to be the first priority when one needs jump into SEO. Great video! Thanks!
