I made this dress for under a $1 (for ribbon), by recycling my sisters graduation gown. Although the pattern is for a costume, it's so nice that this cute little red dress can be worn all year round.

NOOOOOOO!!! i was so excited to see you make a hood and attach it to the cape... dresses are everywhere, and dont take this the wrong way great dress and all, but theres like NO help here on making cool hoods!
