@lorenttzo I don't know where to download this exact converter but there are others that will do a decent job of converting your videos to different formats, just google or bing the words " video converter " and you should be able to find one.

what i did to make it work is:1. go to you aviconverter icon 2. click on properties 3. then on compatibility 4. run it a windows vista and check the box run as administrator that worked for me

okay hi, i lost the cd that came wit my mp4 so i downloaded it online, but the thing is once i've converted the video and want to play it back the audio and the visuals do not match up! the audio is always a few seconds ahead of the video! how can i fix it. This happens for both aviconverter 5.1.0 and 5.1.6. HELP! btw this never used to happen when i installed it from the disc

I convert my video,i trasfer them to my MP4,when i want to paly the video it shows this: "error wrong file format".

I check the format and its the right one,but it still doesnt work. Can someone help me? :///
