@anselmot1 thats horrible news, if its truly below the paint and you can see the clearcoat, you will need to repaint it....I would take it to a local professional to get their opinion if the damage can be fixed.

@mentalm12 and also i use a microfiber sponge to wash the car and a terry cloth to dry . would it be better to use the watter magginit dryin towl . and something else to wash it with ?

im about to venture into doing my first all around detail on my car thats a few months old. plan to . "gold class car wash. clay bar . deep crystal polish . nxt wax . just wonder if i should use to crystal paint cleaner ive noticed not really swirl marks as i dont go in circles when washin but i have notice spyder web type things very very hair line. will the polish take care of them ? and i have no choice but to clay / polish / wax outside. i was told i should do it inside can i do it outside

Barry, I feel your frustration in that the competition make claims that simply are not true. I work in a very different industry, and like you, I feel I am banging my head as I know what we provide is better.
