Part 2 of 2. Fr. Richard Simon states this is going to be a strange sermon in his 05-25-08 Roman Catholic Homily for Corpus Christi Sunday on May 25 2008 because if Calvin and Luther and Mohammed were all correct in their belief about predestination, then God has created a group of people to suffer infinitely and eternally - a cruel and sadistic God who makes Hitler look like a Boy Scout. Part 2 of 2.

  • The straight talking Fr. Richard Simon says that if Calvin and Luther and Mohammed were all correct in their belief about predestination, then God has created a group of people to suffer infinitely and eternally - a cruel and sadistic God who makes Hitler look like a Boy Scout. He says that in the Book of Joshua, it seems God not only permits evil, but He is it's perpetrator. I like the question: "Why was God forcing Abraham to sacrifice and kill his only son?" A great homily by Fr. Simon.
