hey Etebothief r u sure the way to unlock the golden wheel is to play online with the wii wheel a lot. because i looked at mario kart cheats and it said to play extensively in all modes.

@Zankronka1 Well, I can't assure anything based on % sorry, so just play a decent amount of races until you get 100%, maybe like 100 races using Wii wheel.
