  • Hey can anyone please tell me if the pole pieces are adjustable on the classic player? Like P90's? or does the classic player come with P90's?

  • @yogijimi101 The pole pieces are adjustable. The Classic player Jazzmaster is $714.99 but it doesn't come with P90's option. They make a Blacktop jaguar with P-90's $479.99. You can get these prices a nstuffmusic with coupon code: FENDER35 at check out.

  • Does anybody know the difference between the necks of the "Classic Player" and the "Blacktop" Jazzmaster? They're supposably the same, but the CP's is a darker rosewood neck. Does that mean it's better or something like that? PLEASE ANSWER

  • @crybaby87Crosby The neck shapes are the same. Every piece of rosewood will look different so one being darker has no effect on the sound it's just visual. CP Jazzmaster is $714.99 and the BT Jazzmaster is $454.99 both would have free shipping if your not out of the country. use coupon code FENDER35 at check out to get these prices at nstuffmusic

  • can you play some rock and punk with this guitar?

  • @learntofly55 Oh heck yeah...PERECT for that.

    Customer Reviews:

"Don't let the Fender website fool you - this is not an entry level bass, only the price is. From the brass saddle, to the pickups to the very cool aesthetics, this bass has all of the cool vibe of its 60's siblings without the price tag. Out of the box, the action was slightly high, so I lowered the action to my liking with the included ..."

  • @777Lateralus I don't even listen to Blink 182 and I hate Good Charlotte. And no I don't consider Blink 182 as 'punk'.I listen to the sex pistols, the early green day albums, the Clash,Nirvana;QOTSA,Foo fighters and so on.tese are punk and rock bands.I just wanted to know if the pickups would fit this kind of music. So please don't judge me only when you are based on a three months old post.

  • @Eldererr hey man, i know troy for qotsa and perfect circle uses them, more so in QOTSA tho. its a really versatile guitar and I would highly recommend it

  • @learntofly55 you can play rock and punk with any guitar.... however i have a feeling you consider "punk" to be good charlotte and Blink 182, which it is not.

  • Thank you very much, Mark. I found this demo very helpful.

  • Great review...I alway's enjoy your playing and review..one of the very best on the internet !

  • Im thinkin of playing something like QotSA,Led Zepp,TCV on Jazzmaster..
