  • T rex's belly actually cleared the ground, it wasn't a WALL. So if Triceratops lowered its head and charged, the beak would be too low to actually hit the T. rex's belly. So it would NOT break.

    T. rex was way taller than triceratops, so only the horns would make a direct hit on the T. rex belly. This crash test is BULLSHIT. T rex wasn't a freakin' WALL.

  • I'm in complete agreement. They did it all wrong. If your going to crash test a triceratops use some sort of barrel-shaped object suspended 6 feet above the ground with some sort of pillar, not a giant wall of sheet metal.

  • good cg.otherwise crap.

  • this is Dinobullsuit

    graphics are good though

  • do they get paid for such nonsense

  • @susumu07 Your points are valid, but I believe they were more focused on that if Triceratops' skull was that vulnerable, it would have been at least smart enough to try not to use it.

  • Well now if he charged T REX when he hit dont uthink T REX would fall over? in the test the "Trex" dont moves...and the attacked dont run in to him with his face just the horns.

  • tricerotops was all about stabbing..he let the trex come to him ...doesnt need to waist energy

  • I agree that using a wall wasn't a bright idea, but it did tell us something: it wouldn't charged like a rhino. Besides, the rhino can charge like it did because it had a big horn on its nose, whereas the triceratops' nose horn is small and was probably an egg tooth at one time. This tells me that instead of just plain charging, it most likely speared t-rex and might's swiped its horns, like cattle would.

  • Wasn't Triceratops horns pointed more down?

  • speed is one thing, but the tric is gunna use its 6 ton body as inertia as well
