Established Iditarod musher, GB Jones, runs his last Iditarod with the 2008 Ceremonial Start in Anchorage. Due to a prior illness, GB was unable to run the race to Nome but wanted the chance to say goodbye to the Iditarod in the style that is truly GB!
"When I do that 11 miles ceremonial start, it's also going to be my ceremonial end. It's the last time you're going to see me in the Iditarod. It's been a great run you guys."
