This is my first speed run of MegaMan 2 US on the NORMAL difficulty setting. (around 37 minutes) This is NOT a tool-assisted recording. Not emulated, it's the real NES cartridge. It's a one-shot run through the game. Not Interruption, no editing or cut. I made a few mistakes here and there because it's hard to get a perfect run when you play the whole game in one shot but still, it's pretty good. Enjoy! ^_^

you can tell it's real by the vcr quality :) and for those wondering he probably has a vcr dvd burner which he would then load on to his computer for whatever editing needed to be done
most people do speed runs with Flash Man first to take advantage of the time stopper for certain obstacles. they also generally don't follow your 'traditional' MM2 order (ie Metal Man first)
but the good thing about MM2 is that since no boss has any set weakness like in most MM games, you can mix the order up. also helps that he's doing it in normal mode.

MegaMan 2 has to have some of the best 8bit music ever.
