While it's a good commercial because it gets the point across to its target audience, I have to say it's also a bunch of crap. Most people who start smoking can't stand the first one. It's too harsh on the lungs, etc. The fact is that people only get addicted when they keep trying. The actual first head rush doesn't come until about your third or fourth cigarette. Then you keep going. And then, by the time you stop getting the head rush, you're totally hooked. And it's an unholy bitch to quit.
