And as for asr72 who wrote, "Embarrassing" ...two questions: 1) where's your drum solo video and 2) how many copies has your band sold?

Hate to bust all your bubbles but being a good drummer has little to nothing to do with playing solos, it's all about keeping the time and playing what is right for the song, both important skills that many young drummers overlook. If playing solos is the driving force behind your drumming aspirations I suggest you put down the sticks and pick up a guitar...or a saxaphone. When it comes to keeping time Robert is as good as anyone and better than some.

@shagr14 I don't here loss of anything.

Hey everyone! I've been drumming double bass for 25 years. If you have ever played live,then you know it is never the same way twice on stage. Robert is great, he and the Lord inspired me to play drums and rock for Jesus! God bless all!

I love his style and his feel.. don't overlook that.. I don't care really about all the other technical crap.. it sound like technical crap. He's the real deal.

Robert puede hacerlo mejor, lo he visto en vivo y se que puede hacerlo mejor
Here's for all you whiners complaining that Robert Sweet can't do a drum solo. First, sure, there are drummers that can solo circles around him. I've jammed with some local guys that can solo circles around a lot of pro drummers. But here's the real deal. Robert does solos because the fans like to see it. He's giving them what they want. But as far as real music goes, Robert is one of the mosr solid, in the pocket drummers you'll ever hear. Isn't that what really matters anyway?

He was the fastest double bass back in the 80's, he seems out of practice big time here.
