With all the money spent on sports, sports equipment, new arenas, games, huge water vessels, expensive jewerly, cars for the wealthy. I'm sure that someone could figure out a way to provide the best care for all the humans and animals of the earth, if they would at least try. I'm very sad, that anyone has to die alone, human or animal.

@philipmarie1854 Yes and art paintings going for 30-40 million? Hello, but I think we have a mis-guided system. One that is definately being run by devilish greed for things that need not be spent good money on. The whole system needs a flush down the commode, and if the bible is true! Which I think it is personally, the flushing is about to begin. I just hope all the lost species of animals can all be restored along with the ressurrection of all the dead.
