Like the scene in the Count's ship when Albert is crying and saying how he feels for the Count. It seemed like a love confession. Not to mention the end when Albert hugs the Count then kisses him. That part took me by surprise. Oh, great video too.:)

I completely disagree. I mean, Albert's love for the Count goes WAY deeper than just hero worship. The emotional climax of the series is when Albert kisses him, and (quite literally) melts the Count's heart. If that's not shonen-ai, I don't know what is.

@papercotton: yes there is no suggestions of Albert and the Count being gay in the novel. But this anime isn't exactly going by the book. As you can obviously tell by the futuristic take on it and a few small details. But It really just depends on the viewer. I'm sure the Director of this anime new what his intentions were with the "questionable" scenes between the count and Albert but left it up to the viewer to decide what they saw and interpret it on their own. For me, I saw a love connection
