To Did. - Short Film

To Did is a short film about time directed by Akhil Sasidharan and Harishanker R.

From ancient sundials to the modern atomic clocks, mankind has tried to hold and watch time. But after all what millions of men did with their time, the past still holds him back, the present ticks away and the future leaves him clueless. To did narrates how man made time into the way we know it today accurate to one billionth of a second. But our technology has only grown so much to accept that time is nothing but a timeless reality.

It is peep into what people do with their time. They eat, sleep, laugh, cry, think, wait, make decisions, love, hate, repent and at times realize that they've run out of time. It is decision-making time for a guy to think big and move on because a second can turn a do into a did.

The entire movie is a series of still images stitched together at various frame rates.

Great effort....Liked the way it is shot.

I watched it once. I wouldn't say it conveyed the entire idea. Maybe it needs a second look. And my humble suggestion is to improve the narration specially in the first 3 mins. It seems to lack clarity.

This is a really compressed version of the whole thing. Considerable sound quality was lost during the compression.
