It's all Greek to me and as one of the people interviewed, I say Ohpa! Hot tasty, and a blue ribbon winner each year, for a clean kitchen, and service, a place to meet and eat, try it yourself when in Houston, TX, Niko-Niko's is Alpha-Omega good.

I wish they would extend the time to 2 hours. These guys aren't even enjoying the food. There are plenty of people that can put food away given they have enough time, they just don't want to compete by sheer speed.

also, its not an eating contest if everyone cheats by drinking water and melting the food in their mouth. not to mention its discusting. yet every eating contest it happens
