A criminally overlooked and under appreciated group. Saw them in a club in Portland, Maine in the early 90's. Such an awesome show.

Heard this for the first time at JMs just off campus at JMU in 1988. Such an amazing song.

I dig these guys.

Most talented band ever to not make it huge!
-
Yeah I got the Cd" Fun and Games". Youtube sends me messages, you have commented to much...What?... When I'm right .. When I'm helping others?... The Connels are another group left on the roadside because American Policy and the so called smart people who control the music industry who are invested in a bank of no "ware". Make no mistake good music is being held down by self interest that's why if your a band promote yourselves. Depend on each other always. Your musicians fight for each other.

last ime i saw them was at georgia tech under I 75 after the SAE house burned down

Boylan Heights is to The Connells as Murmur is to R.E.M. Hell, it might even be better than Murmur and I am a huge R.E.M. fan.

@chronosynclastic8 Get Boylan Heights, Great album, starts with this song.

The Connells are yet another neglected, though brilliant North Carolina band. They join the DBs and Let's Active in that category. Thanks to YouTube for keeping their music and legacy alive and for introducing them to a new generation of fans.
