wooden dummy's are expensive, if you have the time, you can build one. if you have the money, you can purchase one from any martial arts supply store online.

Can you tell me how to work on wooden dummy and i like playing nanchaku and i know a little bit and i want to learn more and i want to learn, i am right handed and i want my left hand and left leg kick and punch same as right leg and right hand but i can not if you have any idea if you have time to explain me or have any video you can post me i shall be very thankful.

hey Jahandost, make sure to take your time and stick to one thing until it becomes comfortable then move on to the next. don't be in a rush. that's the only way you can learn to use both left and right sides equally well. i'll get into more dummy drills in the future. take care and keep practicing!

Another awesome video Jin thanks, your instruction has really helped me in my own training, especially the finer points of structure and use of the hips, which often get over looked in classes with mixed abilitiy students. Just wondering if you have filmed the instruction for thesecond section of the muk jong form? Cant seem to find it.

Even if you have access to a wooden dummy, do you think practicing air dummy or the dummy against a person like in this video is a good idea in addition to the actual wooden dummy?
