You should open your mouth more to get louder and at times you go an octive higher than what you should.....my advise is to sing with the song and figure out the right pitches for the notes

My opinion, your voice is too high. If you could do a deeper pitch it would work. But then maybe nothing sounds so good as Jesse Hasek singing.
