"The social and environmental issues facing the world today are immense, committing the future of humanity. This point of view, I share with you. Being a globally leader, PPR must set an example by informing and raising awareness to encourage each individual to take action.

The PPR group is proud to support the film HOME, directed by Yann Arthus-Bertrand and produced by Luc Besson. This movie is an invitation to discover the wealth and diversity of our planet while learning about its major social and environmental issues.

Our involvement first takes the form of financial support for the production of this film, which will allow HOME to receive an unprecedented worldwide airing from next June 5th: a film accessible to everyone, at the same time, worldwide, nearly free, simultaneously in all media, to make as many people as possible around the world more aware of the state of our planet.

Our support is also above all in the efforts of all the PPR Group's branches and brands and the involvement of our 88,000 employees in the service of the film's goals: using images and commentary to make us understand that each of us has a responsibility towards the planet, and that we can each act in our own way.

On June 5th, we all have a date with the planet ! "

CEO of the PPR Group

  • My heartfelt gratitude goes out to PPR for financing this project. It's nice to see the French taking the lead in supporting a message of hope and optimism in the face of such destruction and carnage. The cinematography alone is good enough reason to enjoy this film.

  • amazing how you display your nationality! Americans abound in idiots and this page is proof of that. All their comments are sophomoric and imbecilic, yet they remain the world's superpower. THAT is proof there is no god!

  • Albert Einstein: "The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it."

Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as the evolution to vegetarian diet.

The livestock industry contributed to more American deaths than all wars, natural disasters, and automobile accidents combined. " you'd better live real close to a good hospital.
