  • I really love these videos so far...very helpful...just tell your cute little wife to look at the camera instead of herself...doesn't she get that she looks retarded doing that???

  • Thanks for the feedback! This is one of the first videos we were doing and Christine had gotten MUCH better at looking into the camera. :)

  • Hello Jimmy, Just started back on my Atkins Diet... I wanted to find out if you would you be willing take a look at my Fit Day Menu and take a look at my menu, I would appreciate it very much... vita-nutrients and ratios? Please let me know... some of my levels are through the roof without the Multi-vit, cal, mag, vit C Fish Oil... wanted to find out if I am at toxic levels in your opinon... Please let me know if I can send you a link to my FitDay account.. Thank you very much... Dan "SLIMQUEST"

  • It would be almost impossible to reach "toxic" levels with your vitamins, but I'm happy to help. Send it on!

  • Hey I have been having severe back cramps for the last 5 days since starting the diet 2 weeks ago but no leg cramps. Would it be potassium and or calcium?

  • I don't think back cramps has anything to do with your low-carb lifestyle, but certainly taking potassium will help with any cramping associated with your diet. Dr. Mary C. Vernon says to drink bouillon broth to restore your electrolyte balance in the early days of low-carb. Hope this helps!

  • Thanks guys, you answered alot of questions i have.

  • first time i seen your transformation, congrats you were pretty heavy

  • Well...post-workout it's basically the time, it's then the body's reserves are depleted, catabolic hormones are to the max, it helps muscles recover, they don't get stored as fat if the quantity is reasonable, plus you won't need a "Charging day" if you take them like this. Or at least that's my knowledge...

  • Not my lower back (as in kidney flank pain) but in my middle back, it cramps up like nobody's business.
