FF9 had no voice overs but this one, FF4 does?

I agree. It makes his scenes under mind control much more believable. I mean, can u imagine Mario being under mind control and sounding evil? akward

yeah your right about all the voice acting but I disagree about Kain voice acting I think it fits him pretty good but it sounds a little to evil
