  • @timbrandon94 Many exercises is not good for somone who have injuries. Always make sure you are ready to do something and it is pain free.

  • This is a very good workout my arms feel very weak everytime i do this workout, after this i walk up and down the stairs for half an hour is this good cardio?

    Obviously you're gonna gain some weight if you do this WITH a strength building diet. The diet is actually more important than the workout, it's just helpful to focus on the diet for people because then they'll be hungry and go eat anyway.... but quit drinking soda and fast food and go eat protein and carbs(second one because I tried to get big when I was in high school and was always fucking tired.... just ate protein, no energy lol)

  • if i do this for a long time like half the year do you guys think id gain like 10lbs? im 15 and need to start getting some mass as fast as i can.

  • hey peter i need help im doing one of your workouts for 6 pack abs im already at the best fat percentage for them to show but i need you to tell me a diet i could use during i do the workout like a diet i could do for 2 months like tell me foods i can eat without worrying about gaining wieght i dont want a fat loss diet just some foods i can eat while im on the workout

  • @pcgamerz2010 Start doing it and you'll do it every day. It took me 3 tries over 8 years but im growing now and working out every day.
