This is a Windows Phone 7 video review of Doodle Jump, reviewed by Andrew Bares from http://wmpoweruser.com

It's likely you've already played Doodle Jump by now, but if you're a huge fan, it has finally been released on Windows Phone.

Overall Score:
Doodle Jump was an instant hit when it was released to the iPhone, but that was two years ago. The excitement of the game has definitely worn off by now, but it still is a fun game with great controls, addicting gameplay, and solid presentation!

Gameplay: 4/5
The one thing Doodle Jump does perfectly is the controls. The game just feels "right" when you're playing it. You simply tilt the phone left and right, and the character moves and jumps accordingly and accurately. The gameplay is also really well designed, with a great variation of power-ups, enemies, and obstacles to play through. It's even more fun when you have a few friends to compete with, since the whole goal of the game is to get a high score. Thanks to the Xbox Live integration, you can easily compete and compare scores with your Windows Phone friends online, or you can also play locally and keep track of the high scores. Overall, the gameplay is perfect, but it's nothing new and revolutionary anymore.

Presentation: 4/5
The game looks awesome thanks to its creative visual style, but it lacks music! You would expect some music for a $2.99 Xbox Live game, but all this game includes is the sound effects of the doodle bouncing on platforms and springs. However, the various different visual themes and smooth gameplay keeps the presentation at a good level.

Lasting Value: 3/5
Doodle Jump can last a long time thanks to its addictive nature. However, by now the game has been played by a lot of people and may not be as exciting. The game does include Xbox Live so you can compare your scores with your friends online, but it would be great if they also had an online leaderboard where you could compare scores with everyone.
