well, the cops will only do something if you dial 911 and report them. i stay at my window from 10 or 11 PM till 3 or 4 am watching over illegal/suspicious activity on the block and yeah there is a bunch of illegal activity most of it drugs depositing and pick up at a later time. you won't see hookers on walnut right where i live but if you go on the same street all the way up to Pacific blvd on a Friday you will see them. no the police will not do anything unless you have a prove.
