Overcoming the health challenges and disparities faced by Aboriginal communities will require a concerted effort to engage First Nations community members. Perhaps the most important group to engage is the youth who represent the future of these communities. For that reason, CYHRNet was pleased to partner with University of Victoria's Office of Indigenous Affairs to support the development of a short video capturing Aboriginal Youth Perspectives on how science and Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) can help address health challenges among Aboriginal Peoples in BC's Coastal Communities. The video features the personal perspectives of four Aboriginal Youth.
