it doesnt matter how many rocks were being thrown, the point is, they WERE thrown, launching them or simply tossing"" them at cars going at least 60mph will almost deffinately cause an accident, which it did, actually 6, and someone died.

honestly i mean by seven i knew that i could cause some serious harm if i threw any object into a highway, these kids were around 12 to 14 they aren't retarded in a sense that they can't think, they just either decided not to think, or knew what may happen but believed that it wouldn't, why didn't anyone keeping an eye on them. They caused damages that need to be paid for. It doesn't sit well with me. i agree with lowndessoner; a slap on the hand wont suffice.
