as a trading rule, i guess, the same rules must follow to the counterpart countries that india is dealing with. So, let FDI open in india, and let indian workers get direct visa to USA.
IF USA does not allow our lower working class direct entry to USA, we should not allow FDI in retail business.
Retail business is not highly technical field, and its also a low profile business. either the business must be done both ways or in no way.

Answer To FDI : people say that the price will come down in india with FDI in retail.
Why not USA open the visa market for poor indian workers like shoe makers etc. If these guys go there, the price will decrease drastically, and USA will become quite a cheap country.
