  • I used to have arthritis pain all throughout my body, had pain for years and years, not until a friend of mine told me about an all natural, little known protein, did my pain go away.

  • I can't see this so-called exercise being of any benefit whatsoever. Stretching the fingers underwater won't make any difference.

  • This kind of looks like Finger Fitness exercises, have you heard of them?

  • it is important to get ur upper limb in the position of playing. because the muscles that move the fingers start from around the elbow. i think.

  • brilliant demo.

but how does doing these exercises underwater help with arithritis

also is the elbow position important , cuz if it is not , this exercise can be done by putting your hands in bucket of water or any big water vessel at home right?

  • excellent exercise...
