I love, love, love Organic Root Stimulator products. I keep Heat Protectant Serum on deck should I decide to straighten my natural hair and the Lock & Twist Gel was my best friend particularly when I first did my BC. I don't know what happened with me and the Edge Control though. I don't know if it interacted with my moisturizer but it made "white" at my edges and I haven't used it since. Did you notice anything like that when you used it?

@mstangiepangie Hey Hun! I never experienced the white edges thing when using edge control. Hmmm... I use it for fly aways.. use a lil at a time. I have a few heat protectors but I don't use them all the time. (I really should). :-)

Hey Gigi, thanks sooo much for your videos and suggestions. I am African American with a relaxer, so my hair type is a little different than yours, but I have been using the edge control and love it!! I was wondering if you think the 2 Rockaholic products would work on my hair type? (with my relaxer our hair texture is pretty close), I just assumed you don't have a relaxer...is that true??? Anyway, if you think it would work could you also let me know where I can purchase those 2 products?

@Ms2unique4u Hey! Thanks for your comment. You are right, my hair isn't relaxed. I think you should try Redken Water Wax. Its kind of like edge control with more shine. You can buy it at JCPenny salons. Remember to use small amounts. (Its a heavy product) The Rockaholic pomade is for your spikes only. The other one is good for light shine, but doesn't last all day. I just purchased (@ Walmart) Motions wrap lotion and Motions shine spray, and I love it. Inexpensive and nice. Good luck!

You can find their products online or at salon. I've also use Aqauge SeaExtend silkening oil treatment which is excellent when you blow dry your hair. It helps it dry quicker and leaves your hair silky and shiny! A bit pricy but worth it!
