Its the SIR Staten Island Railway not SIRT or SIRR.. Its getting new R179s ,, current trains include R44m models modified with Railroad Cassies and R40 Slants for garbage

The SIRR is free from every station but 3 i think. 1. Ballpark station 2.Saint George 3.(starting July 1st of 2009) Tomkinsville station. The really need a AirTrain like system traveling along Hyland Blvd to the Staten Island Mall, of course starting in Bay Ridge Brooklyn.
